I’ve been sewing and knitting before I started blogging. Since I turned my first passion into my fulltime job, I never ever started a knitting project again. But seeing all these beautiful knitting projects popping up on sewing blogs made me feel like picking up this old passion of mine.
A first project in about 4 years. I knitted rather difficult patterns before I started blogging, but wanted to start with an easy pattern for the first time. I ended up on Ravelry looking for a beautiful cardigan and I picked this one. Sylvia gave me the hint to buy my wool at Wolplein and eight days later this cardigan was a fact.
Being at home with two ill kids gave me the time to just sit next to them and knit from time to time. For this very same reason I took pictures without them.
