I made the Louisa Dress, plain and simple.
I love this dress! We made it halloween style with this fun Cotton + Steel fabric with doily looking spider webs and black spiders. Millie picked out the fabric and decided upon the design. With all the options, I decided to use the side cut outs, but instead of doing a color block with different fabrics, I thought it would be nice to have this pretty white lace trimming to separate the parts at the seams. It is really subtle, but also striking I think.
The dress is fully lined and extremely comfortable to wear. I know this since Millie refuses to take it off! I love how it is festive for halloween, but not obvious or costumey :)
I loved making this dress and Millie loves wearing it!
