This is my ultimate favourite piece of clothing for kids. Just because it’s a typical kids thing. They can play and especially jump in it! Would that explain the origin of the word ‘jumpsuit’? Let’s see what Wikipedia has to say about this:  Jumpsuit originally referred to the utilitarian one-piece garments used by parachuters/skydivers, but has come to be used as a common term for any one-piece garment with sleeves and legs.”

I drew the pattern myself, starting from two basic blocks: basic t-shirt + basic pants… The fabrics aren’t really special. Just from Moens in Antwerp. I was looking for a jersey fabric with big flowers, but didn’t find it. If any one has hints for beautiful jersey fabrics!? Always welcome!
