Thanks a lot to nominate me! But what is this Liebster Blog Award about? 

“The Liebster Blog Award is an award given by bloggers to up and coming bloggers, most of whom have less  than 200 followers (or have been blogging for less than 6 months). It is to show newer bloggers that they are appreciated, and to help spread the word about new blogs. It was created to promote appreciation and recognition among the blog world. Liebster translates to “dearest” (or favorite/best) in German. It is also known as the Love Blog Award.”

So here we go:

11 random things about myself

1. We live in a house we’ve rebuild a couple of years ago. Except for the rooftop and some other smaller things, Bjorn and I did everything ourselves! We were bought a house that was empty for about 11 years and to be honest it was terrible! I’ll show you a before & after picture.

2. I never drink coffee or beer. I’m a tea addict! At the moment Jasmine is my favourite.

            

5.  I never wear make-up. I don’t even own a mascara. 

6. We have a Land Rover Defender 110 and we love travelling with it! Our all time favourite place is Maramures, the most northern part of Romania. I’ll be telling you more about this tomorrow!

7. We never used to have a Christmas tree, but last year we had one: for the kids. 

8. I don’t have any holes in my teeth. (Do I say this right?)

9. I always sleep with one earplug. I used to live in a crowded area of Antwerp with a lot of noise. But now I still can’t sleep without…

10. I really look like my dad. We have the same nose. A rather big one… 

11. I found out I was pregnant in this house (in Maramures). 

That was the easy part! I was looking to nominate some small blogs, but the be honest: I have the impression that almost every blog has received this nomination yet. I just can’t find some nice blogs to nominate! So let’s do this in another way. Do you like to tell us more about yourself? Do you have less then 200 followers on your blog? Just leave a message.
