When it comes to sewing patterns from Compagnie M, I’m a first-timer.
So far, the Julia Sweater is my favorite choice of Compagnie M because of the design. The sweater’s dolman sleeve offers everything that I need from a garment: coziness, sufficiency and warmth.
As for the fabrics, I’ve chosen ‘Artdeco yellow’ and ‘Bilboa Blue’ by Froy & Find. Both are organic textures, GOTS certified. Factory-made cotton is a great pollutant. By choosing GOTS certified cotton, I choose to protect the health of my family and the environment.
Using eco-friendly products helps to sustain the local, small and eco-friendly companies and it gives you great satisfaction. It’s very easy to pay a visit at Primark and buy a sweater for just 7 EUR. In my opinion, a more eco-friendly way of living makes you more happy.
