Today I’m announcing the release of my Louisa dress pattern. After posting my first version I got overwhelmed with positive reactions, so I hope you like the way I interpreted your feedback to draw this pattern! You can find the Louisa dress pattern in my shop! No pattern launch of course without a pattern tour, right? Organising this pattern tour was one of the most difficult assignments for me. All test versions were just stunning! But I couldn’t make the tour very long, since I will be participating in the Christmas series. So I squeezed two blogs per day in this tour! Hope you like the line up.
All pattern tour participants will give away one pattern so make sure to visit their blogs! Starting with Paspelpoezen & Stuff by Maja today!
And of course I give away a free pattern to! a Rafflecopter giveaway Just a little note: you can already buy your pattern and still participate the give away. If you bought a pattern and win it after wards, I’ll refund your money! If you have any questions about the pattern, just contact me. I’ll be happy to hear from you.
love it ! straight to the printer ! thanxs! (and hourra for the included margins :)
This is so beautiful, Marte!!
Gefeliciteerd!
Awesome Marta…I can’t believe how much you have achieved in your pattern making so far! You are so fast!! I see you have VINK on your blog list…her dress was the one that inspired me to make the origami collar on my Christmas dress. What nationality is she? I will have to check out her Louisa dress!
Thanks Suz for you sweet comment! I guess I can work this fast just because I draw everything digitally at once. And of course once you have a good fit (like for the Mara blouse) you can use these basic blocks again for new patterns like my Louisa dress. I guess that’s why I didn’t got a lot of complaints during the test phase. So I could launch I week earlier at the end!
And about Vink: she’s a belgian blogger. So that’s why I know her. Not personally but I’ve been following her work for a long while. Her Louisa dress is stunning, like all the others. I’m very happy with the result of the tour!
Thanks for the info…she left a comment on my dress inspired by her..I wonder how she found it? I will be publishing a tutorial on it with her permission:) Her stuff is awesome. I will have to ask her to put the translate button on to her blog!
Very cool versions and I can’t wait to see the blogtour.
Greetings from the East ;-)

What a darling pattern Marte! I really love those last two dresses. Thanks for the links to some fun Euro blogs!
I just finished sewing my Louisa dress Marte and I LOVE THIS PATTERN! This was such a fun garment to sew and can take on so many different looks depending on how you work your fabric. Thank you for creating this dress Marte, great job!!!
