During the test I got the question to add a wider neckline to the Julia sweater pattern for women, so I did! As you know I love to provide several options and drawing this new neckline is so easy and it absolutely makes the Julia more stylish!
So this Julia is the basic version, with a wider neckline. Easy as that! A one hour project!
I bought this fabric a long time ago. It’s from Fragile! I’m glad that I kept it aside, because I love the fact that I didn’t had to cut sleeves and kind of ‘brake’ the print of the fabric. That’s such a big plus with dolman sleeves!
As you can see, this fabric is a very lightweight and stretchy one. The fit depends of course on the fabric you use. Seems logical right!? More on that tomorrow!
Weeral zo’n leuk model! Ik kijk er naar uit om het patroon te kopen, want ik heb hier heel wat stofjes liggen die vragen om genipt te worden voor een Julia sweater :-)
Oh, die halslijn is mooi zo! Ik ben ook helemaal klaar om een paar julia’s voor mezelf te maken…

Dit zou het eerste patroon zijn dat ik met liefde voor mezelf zou maken! Ik wacht ongeduldig af.
