Back home and back to work! The pattern tour by you starts today and I’m happy that I decided to try this new idea. I’ve seen so often that you are all just so creative with my patterns so I wanted to give everyone the chance to guest post here on Compagnie M. You will notice in the coming days that some participants own a blog, but other don’t! The Julia pattern is a versatile pattern that was perfect for this new concept. Enjoy this pattern tour starting with Natalie Ghys, who blogs at TamTam!
Specially for this pattern tour I decided to reactivate the discount code that gives you a 10% discount on the Julia pattern. You can buy this pattern until the end of this week in MY SHOP for only 6,30 euro with this code: LAUNCH-JULIA
Hello, my name is Nat(alie). I blog at Tam Tam and I’m very excited to be part of the Julia sweater pattern tour. From the first moment Marte showed the first versions of her Julia sweater, I knew I ‘needed’ this pattern. I immediately liked the versatility of it.
I made my version with the asymmetric collar and the tunnel pocket. My daughter is also a little collector, so the tunnel pocket will be fully used (I will need to check it every time before putting it in the washing machine J). I bought the sweater fabric at Stoffenverkoop Kapellen in order to make shirts for my boys. But then suddenly I matched the fabric with the pattern and it just had to be. Luckily, I found the perfect cuffs and hem band at Den Depot.
Ona really loves the sweater. Combined with a pair of jeans, it gives her a sporty, but also cute look.
So, this is my first Julia, but certainly not my last. I definitely look forward to future patterns from Compagnie M!
Thanks Natalie for your sweet guest post and for participating! I love the result of your sweater, the smile on your girls face and the super cute photo shoot! I definitely have to go to Kappellen again!
