Welcome to the Nore dress, T-shirt and top contest SPECIALLY organised for teens & women. I organised this contest before (for girls), but why not treat ourselves with a new Nore creation? The Nore contest for women and teens is the perfect way to stimulate you to make some new garments to take with you on holiday. You can sew the Nore before you leave and send me some beautiful holiday pictures to show the result.
The challenge
The challenge is rather straight forward. All you have to do is sew a Nore dress or T-shirt for yourself or your teenager. Or several of course. Since the pattern is a beginners project everyone can win a prize. All you have to do is be creative and enjoy the contest. (By the way: hacks are allowed as long as I can recognise the original pattern.)
The prizes
Nosh & I made 5 prize packs: each pack includes a 55euro voucher to spend on Nosh fabrics, a 25euro voucher to spend in our shop AND a wallet project #17 kit of your choice!
The jury
Both Nosh and I will be part of the jury. Just the two of us. It’s a mini contest after all!
How will we evaluate your work ?
Nosh and I will both select our 10 favourite creations. We will use the criteria below to evaluate your creations:
- Fabric selection / combination
- Color use / combination
- Originality
- Attention to detail
Afterwards Lisa & Nore will pick the 5 winners randomly. The old fashioned way! Why make it more complex? The winners will be announced on the 31st of August.
How to submit your creations?
You can participate in this contest through Instagram. Just tag your creation(s) with the hashtag #compagniemnorewomencontest. By using this hashtag your creation will be added to the website automatically. (This might take up to one day!)
You’re allowed to tag each creation only one time. Of course you can share several pictures on Instagram or blog about the project too. But we just need the tag on one picture to keep a good overview. Thanks!
If you don’t have an Instagram account yet, I can highly recommend you to create one. If you have a private account, don’t forget to tag our page too. (@compagniemmm) I’ll manually copy the image to the website for you. For those that have no Instagram account or really don’t want to create an account. You can send one image to marte@compagnie-m.com.

Doesn’t matter where you live or how experienced you are. If you feel like participating…just go for it.
